Authorisation & documentation

Valid BMW authorisation from the State Pollution Control Board on file
Agreement with an authorised Common Biomedical Waste Treatment Facility (CBWTF)
CBWTF authorisation copy on file, with expiry tracked
Annual report submitted to the SPCB within the due date

Segregation & handling (CPCB colour code)

Yellow — incineration waste segregated correctly at point of generation
Red — contaminated recyclable waste handled per rules
White — sharps in puncture-proof containers
Blue — glassware and metallic implants segregated
