A governance operating system for Indian hospitals, built on one conviction: compliance deserves real systems.
Acredify exists because Indian hospitals deserve better than spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and a consultant who patches the same findings every three years. We’re a focused, India-first specialist in hospital compliance, quality and governance, and nothing else.
Why Acredify exists
In most Indian hospitals, the people responsible for compliance are skilled and committed, and completely under-equipped. Evidence lives in shared drives and ring binders. Corrective actions disappear into chat groups. Accreditation becomes a three-month crisis every cycle, and a consultant is paid a large fee to patch the gaps just in time. Acredify exists to replace that chaos with one honest system that keeps a hospital ready every single day.
Why healthcare
Because the stakes are uniquely high and uniquely ignored. A biomedical-waste gap is a real fine. A lapsed Fire NOC is a real risk. A weak accreditation outcome threatens PMJAY claims, TPA empanelment and a hospital’s standing in its community. Yet hospital compliance has been left to generic tools that were never designed for it. We chose healthcare precisely because this is where good software changes outcomes that matter.
Why “compliance software” alone is broken
Most compliance tools treat accreditation as a checklist you complete before an audit. That framing is the problem. Compliance is the Quality Manager’s periodic task; governance is leadership’s continuous responsibility, the ability to see risk, prove oversight, and act before a problem becomes a finding. Acredify is built as a governance operating system, not a checklist: compliance, quality and risk on one live layer that leadership can see any day of the year.
From the founder
I’m a Financial Systems Analyst, my work is process design, governance, controls and the audit trails that keep data trustworthy and decisions defensible. Working where structured systems are simply expected, it struck me how differently compliance is handled elsewhere: hospitals carry enormous accreditation and biomedical-waste risk, yet still manage it through spreadsheets, email chains and disconnected systems.
What I bring is a systems mindset, workflow design, data accuracy, operational visibility and structured decision-making. The mission isn’t to replace healthcare expertise; it’s to give healthcare teams better systems, visibility and accountability. Acredify is founder-led: as a founding hospital, you work directly with me on every onboarding call and workflow decision, the advantage of starting early.
One layer for accreditation, quality, governance and risk
Accreditation
NABH readiness as a permanent state, not a periodic project, evidence that accumulates every day.
Quality
Indicators, audits and documents connected, so quality is visible and improving continuously.
Governance
Leadership and boards with a live view of risk, oversight and multi-site performance.
Risk
Biomedical waste, expiries and incidents surfaced early, before they become fines or findings.
Why a focused specialist beats a generic HMS vendor
HMS and HIS platforms are built to run clinical and billing operations, and they’re valuable for that. But compliance and governance are not a side-feature you bolt onto a billing system. They need dedicated workflows, India-specific regulatory mapping, and a vendor who lives and breathes NABH and CPCB. Acredify is that specialist:
- We do one thing, hospital compliance, quality and governance, and we do it deeply, not as a module.
- We map to NABH 5th Edition and CPCB rules specifically, and keep pace as they change.
- We require no HMS integration and never touch patient data, so there's no rip-and-replace and no clinical risk.
- We deploy in days with founder-led onboarding, not a multi-month enterprise rollout.
The journey so far, and ahead
After watching capable hospital teams lose months, and risk their accreditation, to spreadsheets and panic, Acredify began with one question: why is compliance still run on paper and WhatsApp?
A founding cohort of Indian hospitals is going live on Acredify, NABH, BMW, CAPA, incidents, training and governance in one India-hosted workspace, with direct founder-led onboarding.
Deepening multi-site governance and board-level ESG reporting for growing hospital groups, shaped directly by founding-hospital feedback.
To make continuous audit-readiness the default for every Indian hospital, the governance operating system the sector standardises on.
Make continuous audit-readiness the default for every Indian hospital, so quality teams can focus on patient care, not paperwork.
What we stand for
India-first, always
Built around NABH 5th Edition and CPCB rules, not a foreign tool with an India sticker.
Honesty over hype
We'd rather tell a hospital what we don't have yet than imply a badge we haven't earned.
Founder accountability
Every founding onboarding is run by the founder. A real person is on the hook for your success.
Compliance layer only
We never touch patient records or clinical systems. India-hosted, DPDP-compliant by design.
Continuous, not periodic
Compliance should be a daily state, not a three-month scramble before an assessor visit.
Institutional memory
When a Quality Manager leaves, the hospital's compliance history stays in the system.
